MTV is looking for a Music Programmer/Talent Artist Relations Coordinator
As Music programmer you will be scheduling the best possible music flow on the given channel and are an ambassador for MTV Networks. You make sure that MTV Networks has the best possible relations within the music industry accordingly to the music policy in the given country.
Is this you?
• You are a music expert with broad knowledge and understanding of the field.
• You are comfortable in working under own initiative and able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience from working with the local Dutch music industry.
• You have some experience from working in music programming in RCS and Selector (Radio or TV) or Music Master.
• You are structured and organized.
• You are time efficient and comfortable in working with deadlines.
• You understand the importance of good relations with the local music industry.
• You speak and write Dutch as well as English fluently.
• You would like to work and live in Stockholm.
As Music Programmer you will be a part of the programming team at MTV Networks and will report to Director of Music; Christian Skov. The workplace is Stockholm, Sweden. Start date as soon as possible.

Development, collection and management of the content of the Dutch and Belgium Nickelodeon websites and other digital platforms within brand network (text and images) In line with the Head of Department Implementation of the overall interactive strategy in day to day business Continuously monitoring and evaluating of performance of digital platform (websites, pages, activities, sweepstakes etc) including preparation and share of status reports in order to improve the popularity of the platform and campaigns Localization of digital platforms Coordination of translation agencies and freelancers Planning of content initiatives and specials to support brand activities Drafting, implementing and maintaining of the content production and cross promo plan Project management and implementation of tent pole campaigns on online platform, but also event and client related projects Ensures integration of new and core content and engagement tools in line with the propositions of the platforms Research, writing and editing of articles and content specials Supporting Social Media Manager

Relevant university or bachelor degree, e.g. in business studies At least 2 years appropriate professional experience Thorough understanding and insights of the digital world Good technical understanding Strong detail and deadline orientation combined with great project management skills Ability to handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive Talented and self motivated content creator with excellent writing skills and high brand affinity Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English
